After an initial phone call with Louise and Kate I knew that they were my ideal clients, that their wedding would be loads of fun and that I couldn’t wait to meet them in person.
They were both getting ready, separately, in Cirencester at the beautiful tardis that is The King’s Head, a quick 10 minute drive to their wedding venue, The Old Gore Barn run by Yard Space Events.
As this was a two bride wedding I was doubly excited about the dresses and how they’d each be styling their looks for the day, I had inside intel (from daughters and bridesmaids)that there had to be some dissuading to avoid the Brides choosing similar/the same dresses!
Hanging out with the couples and their squad in the morning is always one of my fave bits of the day and seeing them get all glammed up, laughing with their lovely friends and families was great! Running from one bride to the other I was very glad they were both getting ready in the same venue!
Old Gore Barn looked amazing, it’s such a stylish venue, big banquet tables and plenty of stunning spots for photos. There’s always fantastic light in the surrounding fields and the Team are awesome, Emily is super friendly and the chefs always create the most delicious food!
Lou, Kate and their lovely family and friends really know how to party and the dancing was wild!
Their tag for the day was #twobridesarebetterthanone and there was so much love and fun for these two beautiful brides I have to agree!
